Gaston United Juggling Club

The most efficient way for players to get quality touches that improve their ability to control and manipulate the ball is by juggling. This program rewards players of all ages for the time and effort they put into improving themselves. Players will be highlighted on the website, social media and communication to the entire membership. Those with the best participation and achievement at each age and gender will receive gifts at the end of the year. Players with exceptionally edited videos will be shared via social media (with parents permission). 

Players can submit new scores via video or by having a coach witness their juggling, submit scores to Jason Bailey. To progress to the next level, players must successfully achieve 100+ juggles exactly as the level details.

This level is for beginners, start with the balls in your hands, drop it, take a touch with the laces and catch the ball. Focus on striking the ball back up to eye level, the more consistently you can strike the ball, the closer you are to moving to the next level 

 

 

 

The first levels involve letting the ball bounce, this gives the players time to compose themselves, center their balance and focus on a quality touch. As the players progress, each level will get progressively more difficult, requiring additional touches and surfaces of the foot and/or body parts.
